Emma was an excellent dental hygientist. She was very polite, courteous, considerate and efficient. Dr. Bacchus also was very polite, courteous and took the time to explain any dental issues very clearly. His approach is very practical and realistic which I greatly appreciated. He provided solid dental advice and was not trying to sell further treatments. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

This was my initial visit to North Island Dental. It was indeed exceptional. I was not rushed; all my questions were answered fully and completely. Some of the techniques were new to me and I greatly appreciated knowing why they were being used and of how they would benefit my dental health. Great service. Very friendly team.

Bailey was my hygienist and was extremely gentle. For the past 5 years, I've needed to freeze my mouth just to get a cleaning. That's how sensitive my teeth were. I didn't need freezing today!! That alone deserves 5 stars.. She also recommended some great tips and tools to try at home. Bailey is a wizard and I genuinely look forward to my next appointment.. Wow. Being almost 40, I have been thru many dental offices in my life - today was without any doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Thank-you to Sierra (sp?) for such a thorough and thoughtful cleaning and to Dr. Kim for her attention and willingness to resolve a small issue on the spot! North Island Dental gets my unconditional recommendation!

I went to the clinic for a check up and cleaning. Everything went well, Emma did a great job, cleaning was way less uncomfortable than in a previous place I used to go and my gums felt fine afterwards. The clinic looks new and sparkling clean.

I needed extractions for dentures and was treated by all staff with respect and dignity from start to finish. The extractions and immediate dentures were painless and the follow-up was great! Very clean and modern building. Not like the dentist office I went to as a kid! Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice music and ambient TV to keep you distracted. My hygienist was lovely, very gentle and friendly! Would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a dentist!
